Owner payments are processed on the 8th of each month and should arrive to the owner in their bank accounts between the 9th and 10th. We send that payment with an emailed statement that you get every month. We pay our owners quickly and safely through ACH processing directly to your bank account. This eliminates lost checks and the need to go to the bank each month to deposit your rent proceeds.
At the end of the year, in order to prepare for tax season, we will provide a 1099 form and a cash flow report for all expenses, and income from your rentals over the previous year.
