Pre-Engagement Compliance: This assessment is performed prior to marketing the property to verify the home is in compliance and to identify any clean up or repairs that need to be completed. 2. Lease Renewal: This assessment is performed approx. 90 days prior to the end of the lease terms. 3. End-of-Lease: This assessment is performed when a tenant vacates. |
