We finally decided to get back into the market and after an extensive online search, decided to go with Clockwork Property Management. Brent from Clockwork responded to our initial meeting request and was able to explain the whole process to us so that we would know everything that was needed from us (as well as what we could expect from Clockwork and the tenants). They were able to find us tenants within a week of us signing with them and have done a great job handling all of the rental business from then on. As an out-of-state homeowner, I have only great things to say about Clockwork Property Management. I have been using their services to care for my property and find qualified tenants since 2012. After interviewing multiple management companies, I chose Clockwork PM based on the professionalism of Brent Holmes, President and CEO.
Fast forward 5 years, I have the most responsive property manager in Derek Churchwell. It has never taken more than 2 weeks for Derek to find a tenant for my property. Repairs are actioned quickly. When more major repairs are necessary, such as a hot water heater needing replacement that was taken care of within 24 hours. I have always been very impressed with the team at Clockwork, including their contractors and gardeners.
I personally visit my property once a year, and do a walk through with Derek to ensure we are being proactive about the care and maintenance. I always appreciate his guidance and expertise. Communication is also easy. Derek is very responsive to both phone and e-mail. Additionally, I appreciate the ease of their online services. Tenants have an online login to pay rent and submit repair requests. Homeowners also have an online login where we can review all work orders and monthly statements, which are also automatically e-mailed to us each month.
Clockwork PM is able to give me peace of mind that my home/investment is in good hands. Thank you Derek. It's a pleasure working with you.
